Piacenza is an emiliano-romagnols town, very well-known for its special food.

Among the specialities you can remember “pisarei e fasö” the “anvéin (anolini)”, a spinach “tortelli”.

Among the second course is very special the “picula’d cavall” ( with horse meat).

You can also taste salumi DOP as “coppa” “pancetta” and “salami”.

Among the wines DOC of Piacenza hills you can try the red Gutturnio and the white wines Ortrugo and Trebbianino.
